Close to Darwin
Jose Lozano spent 10 days on the Galapagos Islands doing research.
Charles Darwin, the founding father of the theory of evolution arrived at the Galapagos Islands on the ship The Beagle in autumn 1835. Jose visited the same place as part of Darwin200 expedition. He spent three days with Charles Darwin’s great-great-granddaughter Sarah Darwin. He searched for the endemic tomatoes Solanum cheesmaniae and Solanum galapagense.
