European Chemoreception Research Organization (ECRO) 2022
The annual conference of the European Chemoreception Research Organization (ECRO) 2022 took place in Berlin. Sanne Boesveldt and Max (Shuo) Mu attended the conference on behalf of the Sensory Science and Eating Behaviour chair group.
This was the first in person conference Max Mu attend during his PhD. A small insight into his experience: “Everything there was new to me and my horizon was widely opened by their fancy presentation. It is also very interesting to chat with other PhDs about their work, although I cannot fully understand their work, but it did trigger some new thoughts for my coming study. Most importantly, I presented my poster there! Several people showed interest and came to my poster that discussed my study. That makes me feel very good that at last I made some contribution to the (scientific) world.”
Next year the meeting will be held in Nijmegen and the ECRO 2023 Organizing Committee will be chaired by Sanne Boesveldt.
