The Quality Mabisi Project, in collaboration with Wageningen University & Research and university partners in Zambia, Benin and Zimbabwe.
The Quality Mabisi Project, in collaboration with Wageningen University & Research and university partners in Zambia, Benin and Zimbabwe, works to improve the safety and quality of mabisi, a traditional fermented milk. The project supports female entrepreneurship, enhances food security, and builds capacity in small-scale dairy production.
