Prof. Forde presents findings at the British Bakery forum meeting – Leeds UK (March 2025)

Chairholder Professor Ciarán Forde presented an invited keynote at the UK Annual Bakery Forum meeting in Leeds, UK on the 20^th of March. The event was hosted by the Bakery industry forum and attended by over 300 Bakery professionals from the UK and Europe.
