Prof. Forde presents SSEB research at the Ziel Conference on Food Processing, Technical University of Munich, Germany (April 2025)

The Sensory Science and Eating Behaviour Chair holder Prof. Ciarán Forde was an invited Keynote speaker at the Ziel conference on Food Processing which was held at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) meeting in Freising, Germany, on the 9th of April.

Prof. Forde provided an overview of the research from the SSEB Chair on eating behaviours linked to energy intake from foods classified as highly processed shared insights from the Tki funded RESTRUCTURE Project (www.restructureproject.org). The Ziel conference was attended by academic experts in nutrition and metabolic health who presented recent findings over the two-day meeting.
