WUR's Open Science & Education Programme (OSE) was launched on 1 July 2019. With this programme, WUR aims to facilitate and stimulate its researchers to put open science into practice.

Vision

In the coming years we aim to develop a shared WUR vision and to identify the added value of open research and open education. In addition, we will present tools and show best practices. The contribution of researchers is highly appreciated; we will contact them regularly to share and collect thoughts and ideas.

OSE themes

The OSE programme focuses on the following six themes:

  • Open Access
  • FAIR research data
  • Open Education
  • Citizen Science
  • Outreach to the public
  • Rewards & Incentives

Steering group

The OSE programme will be led by a steering group chaired by Arthur Mol (Rector Magnificus of WUR), supported by a task force and coordinated by Anna Besse-Lototskaya (WUR Library).
