Fleur obtained her BSc and MSc degree at Wageningen University in the field of Nutrition & Health. In the past, she gained experience in designing and performing cell culture studies as well as in analyzing different types of human samples with targeted analysis methods such as ELISA, Luminex and UPLC-MS/MS. Currently, she is a full time PhD candidate at the chair group Food Quality & Design working with 3D cell culture models to assess the impact of dietary advanced glycation end products (dAGEs) on intestinal health.
