Gisela Otto is a lecturer in the Marketing and Consumer Behaviour Group. She received a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategic Management from Radboud University.
General research interests include stakeholder marketing, (sustainable) innovations and co-creation.
Her current research focuses on how organizations create value while facing an increasing amount of stakeholders. The focus lies on understanding the organizational capabilities that are needed to not only take into account the customers of the organization, but also other stakeholders such as governments, suppliers, local communities, and NGOs.
