I am a PhD candidate and my research is part of Fruit and Vegetable intake in Vietnam and Nigeria (FVN) project. The focus is on fruit and vegetable intake in Vietnam and Nigeria, with the aim to increase the intake in poor urban population through food system innovations. My field of expertise and my interest are nutrition in low and middle income countries, food systems and food security.
