As a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (graduated in 2014 at University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest [UVMB]) I am interested in performing quantitative research in agriculture to improve animal health and sustainability. I obtained my PhD in 2018 at UVMB, by exploring the relationship of reproductive management practices and performance in dairy heifers and cows using the data of commercial dairy farms. Before joining Wageningen Livestock Research, I spent more than a year in veterinary vaccine development at a multinational company as a biostatistician. I obtained a postgraduate diploma in Biostatistics in 2020 at UVMB.

In May 2021 I joined the Animal Breeding and Genomics Group of Wageningen Livestock Research, where I work on exploring the opportunities in dairy cattle breath analysis, computer vision projects related to broiler pose prediction and individual tracking, as well as on incorporating longitudinal or high-dimensional sensor data into animal breeding.
