PhD Candidate Seed drying

Julia Veser is a PhD candidate at the laboratory of Food Process Engineering in supervision of Dr. Maarten Schutyser and Prof. Dr. Ruud van der Sman since 2021. Her research focuses on modelling of drying of high-quality vegetable seeds and is in collaboration with Rijk Zwaan B.V. and Bejo Zaden B.V.. Julia obtained her BSc and MSc degree in Food Science and Engineering from Universität Hohenheim.
