LM (Lenneke) Dries-van Bussel MSc

Lenneke van Bussel obtained her Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Health at Wageningen University, in 2013, and her Master degree in Management, Economics and Consumer studies (specialization: Consumer studies) at Wageningen University, in 2016.

In 2017-2023, Lenneke worked as a PhD candidate on the topic of healthy and sustainable diets, from a consumer perspective. She studied the taste profiles of diets high and low on sustainability and health, the consumer perceptions of food-related sustainability, and potential facilitators and barriers to sustainable food consumption.

Currently, Lenneke is working as a consumer researcher at Wageningen Food and Biobased Research, in the Food Consumer Behaviour group. She mainly focuses on children and adolescents to stimulate healthy and sustainable food consumption and/or environments.
