Promovendus, PhD researcherTom Kiel has a background in journalism and political science with a specialization in global environmental governance. As a PhD candidate for the PLAN'EAT project, he studies a sustainable and healthy transition of the European food system from a macro-level perspective. The aim is to develop a coherent mix of food policy interventions during policy summits by employing co-creation methods with stakeholders, experts, policy-makers and actors from civil society .
