Z (Zekun) Fan
OnderzoekerZekun Fan is a full-time PhD candidate in the group Food Quality and Design. He obtained a Bachelor of Food Science and Engineering in China. In 2017, he started his master's study in Food Technology at Wageningen University, specialising in Dairy Science and Technology.
His PhD work is about understanding variations in casein micelles, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ir. Kasper Hettinga and Dr. Ir. Etske Bijl.
