Zekun Fan is a full-time PhD candidate in the group Food Quality and Design. He obtained a bachelor of food science and engineering in China. In 2017 he came to Wageningen and study food technology, specialising in dairy science and technology.
His PhD work is about understanding variations in casein micelles, under the supervision of Dr. Ir. Kasper Hettinga and Dr. Ir. Etske Bijl
