Information on hotel rooms at meeting venue:
A large block of hotel rooms have been put in option for the participants of our meeting.
This option holds until August 1st 2015
After August 1st 2015 reservations will depend on the availability of hotel rooms.
Mention the booking code “Eucarpia section Biometrics” to apply for the special rate.
85 euro per night including breakfast, standard room by single occupancy
The special rate also applies when making the reservation after August 1st 2015.

The website will tell you that there are no rooms available (at least until August 1st)
