Supply chain management
We bring together suppliers, customers and intermediaries - such as processing and technology developers in side stream valorisation. We give them advice about every aspect of the valorisation concept possible, and about partnership: the location and design of plants for residual processing, logistics, product packaging, IT applications for matching supply and demand, the implementation of tracking and tracing solutions, and securing food safety.
In the project Eindeloos (Infinity) we examined how many different vegetable residues were available from the primary sector and investigated the optimum chain-design for processing of these residues into a variety of ingredients for the food industry.
