Research of the Division of Human Nutrition and Health
The Division of Human Nutrition and Health researches people's eating behaviour and the effects of dietary intake on human health. This varies from laboratory work to meta-analyses and from observational studies to intervention studies. Integration of the expertise and facilities of five chair groups enables us to study the effects of food on individual as well as on population level. Our unique setting stimulates collaboration between disciplines and enables us to better answer advanced research questions.
See below for our joint research themes and unique expertise of our five chair groups.
