Thesis Award for MSc student Carolina Sarzana

Former MSc thesis student of CSA, Carolina Sarzana, won a thesis award in the field of social sciences with her MSc thesis entitled 'Social-ecological resilience of the shea butter value chain upstream end: the case of Beninese shea agroforestry parklands'.

The supervisors of Carolina's MSc thesis were Paul Struik (CSA) and Verina Ingram (Forest & Nature Policy). After graduating Carolina started to work for the Alliance of Bioversity International and CIAT as a climate security specialist and she is based in Dakar, Senegal.
