Over the past six months, I have performed my MSc thesis in the laboratory of Nematology under the supervision of Vera Putker and Aska Goverse. During this time, I faced numerous challenges which I overcame with the help of my supervisors and several people from Nematology.
In the laboratory of Nematology, I had the opportunity to work on a topic that truly intrigued and fascinated me while applying a broad range of laboratory techniques
Consequently, I developed various skills that will be useful for my future. These include a range of laboratory, writing, presentation, and personal skills. For this reason, I am most grateful for everybody in Nematology.

Looking back, I wouldn’t change my decision. Aside from all the knowledge I gained, I was encouraged to participate in the laboratory social activities. This made my time in Nematology memorable and allowed me to have stress reliving moments during my MSc thesis.
