Barometer Agrarische bedrijven
This project provides insight into the economic results of groups of companies in the Dutch agricultural and horticultural sector, particularly dairy farming, pig farming and poultry farming. The results of the ornamental plant sectors are described with turnover and export figures per product group.
The project describes market developments, prices of inputs and outputs and calculates balance developments of standardised farms in livestock sectors. The development of the ornamental plant sector is described on the basis of auction sales and export data. The Barometer is easily accessible via www.agrimatie.nl and is updated every two months.
