Infovoorziening agrarische grondmarkt
Information on the agricultural land market, such as land and lease prices and land mobility, is necessary for the preparation, implementation and accountability of government policies. This project addresses that need through collaboration with the Land Registry (Kadaster).
The information on the agricultural land market contributes to an understanding of the consequences of policy measures, implementation of policy (manure policym, calculating tenancy norms, testing tenancy prices), substantiation of the valuation of land and general insight into the functioning of the land market. With the database Land Market Agricultural Area this project reports quarterly on the development of the agricultural land market (price and mobility of arable land and grassland) at national and regional level.
