Betina Piqueras Fiszman featured on the Table Talk podcast
Recently Betina Piqueras Fiszman, Associate Professor at the Marketing Consumer and Behaviour group, featured on the Table Talk podcast. Her research focuses on the exploration of new ways to understand consumers food preferences and motivations, both explicit and implicit. Together with host Stefan Gates, a food science writer and t.v. presenter, she talks about flavour.
