Fokje Schaafsma tells about Antarctic research
In order to perform research, scientists of Wageningen Marine Research regularly visit the Antarctic. During these visits, data are collected to study various aspects of the Southern Ocean ecosystem. In a short film by KennisOnline, Fokje tells her story.
The research conducted in the Southern Ocean by Wageningen Marine Research is largely financed by the Netherlands Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality (LNV).
