Limited study space in the Leeuwenborch Library for thesis students SSG

The Social Sciences group (SSG), the Education and Student Affairs (ESA) department and the WUR Library have created a limited number of study places for thesis students SSG in the Leeuwenborch Library.

From 9 November onwards, SSG thesis student can make use of the study places from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am until 5 pm. The available places are clearly marked, so that users can maintain 1.5 meter distance. This will also be monitored.

Bring your own device

Since only a few computers are available in the library, you should bring your own device. Cleaning supplies will be available so you can disinfect equipment before use.

Corona measures

To make studying as safe as possible, please observe the corona measures. Follow the indicated routing, disinfect your hands when entering the Library, use only the designated study places, stay 1.5 meters from each other, and wear a face mask when moving through the Library.

Borrowing and Study Collection

You can order books from the Leeuwenborch Library with the ‘Get it!’ button in WUR Library Search. You will receive an email when your books are ready for pick-up in the Forum Library. Books for staff are sent to their office. The Study Collection (all course-related books and readers) has been moved to the 4th floor of Forum Library.     Hygiene: general guidelines

    • Stay at home if you have a cold or flu-like symptoms
    • Stay 1.5 metres (2 arm's length) from other people
    • If you sneeze or cough, do so in your elbow
    • Wash your hands regularly and use the hand sanitizer dispensers that are available at the Leeuwenborch.
