Plants that boost each other, Big Data against obesity, and 'the innovation split'. Why don’t birds and fish collide in a swarm, can war be good for women and, how does cultured meat stimulate the discussion about 'normal meat'? These and more subjects will be discussed during the living room lectures on Sunday afternoon November 4 at 14:00 and 15:00 during the event 'Meet the neighbors'.
Seventeen habitants of Wageningen across the city open their doors. A scientist from Wageningen University & Research gives a living room lecture for interested fellow citizens.
Professors, university lecturers and researchers will hold a short, attractive and appealing exposé about their profession at 2.00 and 3.00 pm. Afterwards the scientists will gladly answer your questions and there is time for questions and discussion.
The living rooms can accommodate between 15 and 30 people. You are welcome, but...it is not possible to make reservations. FULL = FULL, so please come on time.
The talks are in Dutch only. For more info on content please switch to our Dutch site.
