From December 2 to 13, Madrid (instead of Santiago Chile) will be the venue of 25th Conference of Parties (COP) of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC). During this climate summit, the 190 participating countries try to elaborate on the agreements from the Paris agreement, specifically the implementation guidelines (Paris Rulebook).
