Alumni Event - Cairo, Egypt - 4 July 2022
As an alumnus/alumna of Wageningen University & Research, we cordially invite you to an alumni event organized on Monday 4 July 2022 by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Cairo.
We hereby invite you to an alumni event in Cairo. The programme for this event is as follows:
- 19.00 Welcome at the Ambassadors Residence with drinks and snacks
- 19.45 Words of welcome by Ambassador Han-Maurits Schaapveld
- 19.50 First speaker – Melle Leenstra, Agricultural Counsellor – Egypt Food Systems Opportunities
- 20.10 Second speaker – Jelle Maas, Public Affairs WUR – Crossing borders to contribute to the SDG’s
- 20.30 Third speaker – Wassim Beaineh, Manager Int. Cooperation MENA – WUR in Egypt
- 20.40 Closing of the programme by Wassim Beaineh
- 20.45 Networking drinks

The event will take place on Monday, 4 July 2022 from19.00 to 21.00hrs. Venue: Villa 178 Katameya Heights Compound, Fifth Settlement – New Cairo.
