On Monday, 6 November 2023, you can join a guided poetry writing workshop in the Forum Library. The workshop encourages you to give words to your experiences with stress, personal well-being and inner sustainability. The workshop is part of Surf Your Stress Week 2023.
Workshop poetry writing
The workshop is a fusion of introspection and creativity. It offers a space to explore the concept of inner sustainability through the beauty of poetry. In a creative and supportive space, you’ll have the freedom to either share pre-written poems or take part in a guided poetry writing workshop. Kristina from the Green Office Wageningen will offer support and creative guidance. If you prefer to simply come and listen, that’s perfectly fine, too. Everyone is invited to contribute, write, listen, and find inspiration together. Go to more information and registration.

Goodbye phone, goodbye stress
During the Surf your Stress week you can craft a personal storage box for your phone in the Library. If you store your phone in your box while studying, you'll reduce distractions and increase your concentration. You can find the carton boxes and creative materials at the reading table in the Library. Let's talk, learn, and equip ourselves with practical tools to conquer stress!
