Geo-Information and Remote Sensing Hackathon
Do you want to create solutions to sustainability challenges with a multidisciplinary team working for specialist commissioners using Geo Information, Remote sensing and environmental science? Then sign up for this FREE HACKATHON Geo Information and Remote Sensing now!
During this Hackathon you will meet our inspiring commissioners: Pyrolife, Plantnet, Netherlands Space Office and other experts will come together to learn, be inspired and challenged to solve and create novel solutions to real societal issues.
Between 6 and 9pm on Friday the 6th of May you will meet your team and the commissioners of the challenges will explain the problem, organise data transfer and your creativity will be stimulated with a short workshop. Between 9am-9pm on Saturday the 7th of May it is time to Hack! Your groups will assemble and work on the data to create a novel yet functional and/or fun solution and you will start preparing the final pitch. Sound like a lot? Don’t worry, we will guide you through the entire day, increasing your pitching skills with a workshop and encourage you to stay focused with regular breaks and refreshments.
At the end, each team will pitch their solution and you have the chance to win prize money, to develop your project further and bring your skills and ideas to fruition!
