The respiration cells that we use to measure the energy balance of fish was developed by the Technical Development Studio.
We mainly trust the people at the TD Studio to adjust our equipment
We can regulate the water flow, make video recordings, measure exactly how much food is in the aquarium and how much dirt comes out, you so on. Together with the TD Studio, my colleague Ronald Osinga developed the reactors for coral research. All of this is expensive equipment.
