WUR joins 4TU.ResearchData
WUR recently joined 4TU.ResearchData repository as a bronze member. WUR researchers can now benefit from several 4TU.ResearchData services, including publishing 100GB of research data (per researcher, per year) for free and consultancy and technical support.
What is 4TU.ResearchData?
4TU.ResearchData is a data and software repository for science, engineering and design domains. Researchers can upload research data during or after completing their research. 4TU.ResearchData has been certified for its sustainable and trustworthy data infrastructures. As software and hardware evolve over time, research data may eventually become lost or unreadable. 4TU.ResearchData helps to maintain your digital files and ensures that they remain Findable, Accessible and (Re-)usable over time.
Our researchers have been using 4TU.ResearchData and we have been in discussion with 4TU.ResearchData about joining forces for a while, so I am very pleased that we have formalised this relationship and that WUR can offer strategic support to 4TU.ResearchData.
Benefits bronze membership
Every WUR researcher can upload up to 100GB of data per year to 4TU.ResearchData free of charge. For uploads larger than 100GB, special rates and upload volumes apply. You can find these on this website.
4TU.ResearchData is one of the repositories supported by WUR Library, meaning that Data@WUR can help you with publishing a dataset.
