Sports Centre de Bongerd offers besides the regular sports suport to recreational sports people also support and training to top-class sports people.
By means of well-balanced training schedules according the Movement Efficiency training we work toward the sports specific goals. Movement Efficiency training consists for the most part out of basic barbell exercises. The exercises are being performed under the guidance of Tijmen van Oostenbrugge (experienced strenght trainer).
The training mainly focusses on improving:
- Power (jump, sprint, strength)
- Movement efficiency
Objective: reduce sports injuries and improve sporting achievements.

The Movement Efficiency programme is offered in cooperation with Ton leenders (Strengt trainer in top-class sports) and is adopted in 20 different sports.
