One way decolonial movements have addressed symbols of historical injustice is by toppling statues and changing street names. But what is decolonisation? Is (de)colonisation an event of the past, or are there colonial processes that continue until today? This series looks at a number of burning questions which touch upon the past and shine a light for the future.

By looking at the world through a decolonial lens, different pathways for change can become visible. In conversation with Churmer Bomba and Prof. Dr. Bram Büscher we will talk about questions such as: what does decolonisation mean for climate justice? How do colonialism and coloniality affect political decision making and social change? Which actors become of importance in a decolonising framework of climate justice?
