Information for organisations Career Day February

On Tuesday 4 February 2020 our annual Wageningen University & Research Career Day is scheduled to take place in Forum, building 102 on Wageningen Campus. This event is a great opportunity to introduce your organisation to our talented students, graduates and PhD's. We expect approximately 1000 students will participate.

Registration is closed!

The Career Day has capacity for around 45 organisations. If more organisations register a selection will be made based on a balanced representation of disciplines and type of organisation.

Next to the fair, you can opt to hold orientation interviews with students you have selected beforehand.

The working language during the Career Day is English.

Stands set up

You can set up your stand until 13.30. We supply a basic stand, free coffee/tea, and Wifi. You can dismantle your stand preferable after 17.00 pm.

A regular stand is 3x2 meters with the option to place a presentation wall, and includes 2 skirted standing tables and 2 high chairs.

A small booth is 1x1 meters with the option to place 1 pull up banner, and includes 1 skirted standing table and 2 high chairs.

All booths come with electrical outlet and free WiFi.

Focus of the Wageningen University Career Day

The aim of the Career Day is to provide a platform for companies and students to meet each other. As a university with only 1 faculty Life Sciences and an excellent reputation, it is an opportunity for your organisation to meet young talent that matches your specific domain.
