Information for organisations

On Tuesday 5 February 2019 our annual Wageningen University & Research Career Day is scheduled to take place in Orion building on Wageningen Campus. This event is a great opportunity to introduce your organisation to our talented students, graduates and PhD's. We expect approximately 1000 students will participate.

Registration for organisations

The Career Day has capacity for around 60 organisations. If more organisations register a selection will be made based on a balanced representation of disciplines and type of organisation. You will be informed on the outcome before December 1.

Next to the fair, workshops and presentations can be held. There is also the option to hold job interviews and/or have lunch with students you have selected beforehand.

Our working language during the Career Day will be English.

Due to limited capacity the registration for organisations is closed.

Stands set up

You can set up your stand between 07.30 - 10.00 am. We supply a basic stand, free coffee/tea, lunch and Wifi. You can dismantle your stand preferable after 15.30 pm.

Focus of the Career Day 2019

The aim of the Career Day is to provide a platform for companies and students to meet each other. As a university with only 1 faculty Life Sciences and an excellent reputation, it is an opportunity for your organisation to meet young talent that matches your specific domain.
