New Publication: pr2-primers: an 18S rRNA primer database for protists
We summarized major primers used for 18S eukaryote amplicon sequencing and created a reference database for checking available primers and to test new ones.
This will pave the way for more informed environmental sequencing efforts to study eukaryotes like protists, nematodes and fungi (at least for RNA based studies)
