New publication: Heat Stress Reduces the Susceptibility of Caenorhabditis elegans to Orsay Virus Infection
We have a limited understanding of the molecular responses upon the combined exposure to heat stress and virus infection. Using the model nematode species C. elegans, we show that heat stress reduces the susceptibility to natural virus Infection and identify potential genes underlying this interaction.
