Joelle Mulkens and Inge Hoekstra won the Welzin Urbanisme Scriptie Award 2014

Joelle and Inge won the "Welzin Urbanisme Scriptie Award 2014" with their strategy to keep shrinking cities vital. They received their prize last January 9th in Amersfoort from Councillor Pim van den Berg.
