  Carlsbergs Together Towards ZERO sustainability initiative includes the establishment of a community of young scientists that will focus on the Carlsberg Group’s ambitions of a ZERO carbon footprint and ZERO water waste. As a member of the Advisory Board, I support the development of the overall research programme, as well as provide support on individual research projects. Carlsberg Research Laboratory
