Sarah Foley
Sarah is a student at Wageningen University and Research studying for her Masters in Environmental Sciences. She obtained her bachelors from University College Cork in 2018. With this MOOC she hopes to empower people to live more sustainably in their own lives, and see that they can make a difference!
