Fabrizio Cafaggi visited the WUR community
Upon invitation of the Law and Governance group Prof. Fabrizio Cafaggi visited Wageningen University. In front of a full lecture room he gave an interesting lecture on 'Rethinking Remedies' in particular in food supply chain contract.
He advertised a new understanding of remedies in supply chain contracts that have the maintenance of supply chain relationships as a primary goal. The vivid discussion which followed the lecture shows that both, the Wageningen community and Fabrizio as well enjoyed the intellectual exchange at highest level.
