MS (Marco) van Lenthe

My ambition is to excel as a software engineer in an agile team of developers who continuously challenge themselves and progress through active knowledge sharing.

I am part of a software development team at Biometris, responsible for a number of software applications in various projects, including the health risk assessment application MCRA (https://mcra.rivm.nl), built with Microsoft ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server.

Currently an MVC Web API and a demonstration web client is being developed to give third party web portals secure access to MCRA functionality based on the level of service that is required.

We are now working in the Euromix project (http://www.euromixproject.eu) which sets to develop harmonised tools and models for performing realistic assessment of chemical mixtures. In this project MCRA plays a pivotal role and is being integrated with various other platforms, such as dose-response modeling software and third-party 'omics' databases.

Other projects include a C#/WPF application to facilitate the data processing pipeline and statistic analysis for an innovative microfluidics experimental design to measure live cellular response to varying agents using fluorescence microscopy.
