Born in Semarang, Indonesia, graduated from Bogor Agricultural University for his master in Food Science,and graduated from Soegijapranata Catholic University for his bachelor in Food Technology. Now he is employed by the Department of Nutrition Science, Diponegoro University, Indonesia.

He works at Food Quality and Design in project nutritional and health value of tropical fruits during innovative industrial processing. He will use vacuum processing as the processing technology to understand the effect of ripening stage to tropical fruits chips quality.
