With over 5.5 years of professional experience in coordinating clinical trials, I am a former PhD candidate specializing in nutrition and health intervention. During my doctoral research, I focused on muscle physiologyand conducted a lifestyle intervention study to investigate the impact of nutrition and physical activity on cancer-related fatigue in colorectal cancer survivors. My area of expertise lies in muscle physiology, specifically the utilization of ultrasound to measure muscle quality, such as the ratio of muscle fibers and muscle fat infiltration/fibrous tissue. I also have hands-on experience with several other imaging techniques.
This includes working with MRI for determining body composition and MRS (Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy) to accurately determine liver fat amount and composition.

Throughout my academic journey, I discovered a profound interest in the interaction between muscle and brain physiology and gut microbiota. I am intrigued and enthusiastic by how gut microbiota influence both muscle and brain functioning, and I am eager to delve deeper into this fascinating field.
Should you have any questions about my experience or my interest in gut microbiota's impact on muscle and brain physiology, I am more than willing to discuss further.
