I am a food scientist specialized in the field of Food Digestion and Health. In 2019 I obtained my MSc title in Food Technology with the specialization Food Digestion and Health at Wageningen University. In March 2020 I started my current function as education and research assistant at the department of Food Quality and Design. Within my function I support courses, assist in performing experiments, supervise thesis students and am part of the internship coordination team.
