Climate change: Heading toward extinction (and what to do about it)
This is for all of you out there, ready to make a difference, but how?! On Friday the 8th of November Extinction Rebellion will organize another ‘heading for extinction and what to do about it’ event. Equipped with the facts about the climate crisis we are facing today, we hope to not only leave you with a feeling of urgency, but a feeling of connection to others, determination to act and optimism to succeed.
During this lunch talk we hope to inform you about the climate crisis, what is happening to the world and what are we heading towards? Knowledge creates awareness and a shared sense of responsibility. We need everyone to make a difference. Whether you have been active in the past protests and strikes, or you are completely new to the topic and don’t really know yet where you belong in the bigger picture: this is for all of you.
