What happens when artists work together with scientists? WUR has selected a group of artists that will work together with scientists from the five different science groups of Wageningen University to engage in creative innovation.
As an April and May artist in residence of Creative Innovation: Art meets Science at WUR, Lauryn Mannigel worked in conversation with Jessica Duncan (SSG) and Garmt Dijksterhuis (AFSG).While in residence, Lauryn developed her project “Eat Me”, which explores how we feel about other's body scent (natural body scent as well as with added fragrant products) through gustatory encounters as a way to tackle the social taboo towards body scent.
Come and join the exhibition, taste snacks and drinks that allude to people's body scent!
