While reaching for a next step in your career path, you will be confronted with different challenging situations. Resilience is the ability to cope with and rise to the inevitable challenges, problems and setbacks you will meet. Resilience relies on different skills and draws on various sources of help, including rational thinking skills, physical and mental health, and your relationship with those around you.
During this workshop you are going to explore three resilience skills:
- how to define borders;
- how to ask for help;
- how to deal with rejection.
At the end of this workshop you will be able to reflect on your personal career resilience resources and how to apply three skills that will help you on your way towards your next career step.
