Follow in my Green Food Steps: changing cooking behaviours in Nigeria for improved iron intake

Knorr aims to combat nutritional iron-deficiency - one of the ten leading factors for disease, disability and death - by combining the launch of iron-fortified bouillon cubes with the “Follow in my Green Food Steps” behaviour change programme. The programme targets two behaviours: the addition of iron-fortified bouillon cubes and a bunch of green leafy vegetables to stews.
